Mission statement

Romanian Christian Television is a "seeker sensitive" ministry using television and other media to inform and serve the needs of Romanian viewers in the U.S. , Romania and around the world, in order for the viewer investigating Christianity to pass the line of faith and become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ participating in a local Church.

Founded April 7, 1994 by Petru Amarei (pictured bellow) Romanian
Christian Television is a television production and broadcast ministry working in partnership
with professionals gifted in media, and with ministries, organizations and corporations already
established in radio, television, publishing, and internet in order to assist the local church
and reach the lost. As an independent, non denominational Christian organization we are recognized
by IRS as a 501 (c) (3) tax exempt. We are incorporated in Illinois as a not for profit corporation.
We produce and broadcast the weekly television program "Face to Face" in association with Studio 38
from Chicago. The program is produced in the Romanian language and is broadcast
on TLN, WFBT TV48 in Chicago, and several stations in Romania. |

| Only a few years ago I was searching for my purpose in life.
I realized I didn't know specifically the purpose of my existence.
Eager to find the answer, one day I asked God. He was kind enough to give
me the answer to my question and a new purpose in life.
That's when I founded Christian Television Network. My heart beats for the lost,
confused and less fortunate. I live for them.

The television program

The program "Face to Face" is one hour in length and addresses everyday issues offering Biblical answers to today's questions.
The content includes interviews, music, message and testimonies.
